“In Canada I am a protected person and so I have to march [at Take Back the Night] to enjoy or feel how it takes to be free. I have been persecuted in my country due to my orientation and right now I feel more safe and free. I thank the Canadian government. I know believe I still have another life to live. I love Canada.” – Favour Nanu
